About Gulf Coast PCA
Gulf Coast Presbyterian (soon to be Three Bridges PCA) is a regional church seeking to bring believers together within the Gulf Coast, who cherish the doctrines of grace--which focus attention not only on our "Big God" but also on what He has done and is doing to save sinners. Being a relatively new church with a great new location on Hwy 59 (easily accessed on the Gulf-side of the 4-story Vacassa building in Gulf Shores), we are very welcoming. The idea for a regional church was generated by our enlarged vision--to be a "bridge" that connects Bible-believers south of Hwy 98 (inclusive of Organge Beach, Gulf Shores, Foley & Magnolia Spring). It is a bg vision, but it all depends on God's blessing; our 2026 theme verse is Psalm 127:1---"Unless the Lord builds it, it will all be in vain."
History
In 2021, several Christian families met and began praying for God to form a reformed community here in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area of South Baldwin County, AL. Following a gathering in June, a church planter was appointed under the authority of the Gulf Coast Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) denomination.
This church became "particularized" May 31, 2023, signifying its independence as a particular PCA church with its own local session (the leadership team of elders). TE Bill Bennett was ordained as the first pastor . Two ruling elders were added: RE Tom Stanton and RE Matt. Bart McLain was installed as our first Deacon.

In 2025, a pastoral search team was formed to find the next man to lead our church, with the hopes of a new location and renewed vision for the Gulf Coast. In October, our congregation unanimously called TE Robert Dekker to be our pastor. He and his wife Tracy moved from the coast of Delaware on the Atlantic to the coast of Alabama on the Gulf of America, to communicate the gospel of Jesus Christ in word, by deeds, and with passion. We are excited that God has already begun adding to our community,

Mission
We are here to communicate the gospel to ourselves, to our neighbors here in the Gulf Coast, and to the world, so that the wonders of God's grace in Christ Jesus might be known.
We learn (from God's word)
We love (because God first loved us) &
We live (because Christ lives within)
We share Christ's gospel each Sunday to ourselves at the worship service.
We share this gospel's hope to our neighbors by living out our faith within our family relationships, our community interactions, and by intentional evangelism.
We share the truth of God's great salvation to the world by going and by supporting others who go. (See Romans 10:14)
Meeting with God
What does it profit you if you gain the world but lose your own soul?
Jesus asked this probing question to reveal the idols for which we have subtly replaced a real relationship with the Lord.
When you attend church here, you will see that we cherish that time with God in worship--where God's word is heard and where the God's Spirit stirs hearts truly to experience His presence. And because we treasure the Reformed Faith and the Great Commission, you will find our fellowship to be refreshing, real, and substantive. We hope to cross the three theological "bridges" to reach your "head" (i.e., the mind) with the truth, to minister to your "heart" with the love of Jesus, and to equip your "hands" to be about our Father's agenda on earth. Your soul is gained, as you by faith, encounter the living & true God!
And it is all by grace- what an amazing gift that God has provided to us (Eph. 2:8-9).
Join us for Worship each Sunday at 10am.
God has also blessed us with a talented musician to bring the sacrifice of praise and song.
